摘要 本研究采用问卷、观察与访谈相结合的方法,对幼儿园团体学习现状进行了调查。结果表明,当前幼儿园的团体学习存在着学习活动形式化、学习过程结构化、组织方式模式化的现象,由此带来了幼儿教师团体学习效率和质量的低下,进而造成了团体学习资源的无形浪费。 Based on the method of questionnaire, observation and conversation, the author made an investigation on the situation of kindergarten group learning. It reveals that formalization of learning activity, construction of learning process and modeling of learning ways exist in the process of current kindergarten group learning. They have brought out kindergarten teachers' low learning efficiency and quality, and resulted in invisible waste of group learning resources.
