一种有效的抗震应急通信系统:高空平台系统 被引量:6

摘要 随着社会信息化进程的加速,信息通信对整个社会的影响日益深入,尤其在发生重大自然灾害时,保障通信畅通成为了抗灾抢险的重中之重,而四川汶川大地震的教训更对应急通信工作提出了全新要求。本文介绍了一种能有效地应对复杂的地理环境的应急通信系统——高空平台系统,包括其技术特点、研发现状,并结合我国的具体情况,给出了一些建议。
