冷固型复写油墨的研制及印刷适性研究

一、引言 各种传统票据的复写是靠单面或双面的复写纸(Carbon paper)夹在多张票据之间来完成的,其主要缺点是复写时要一张张夹在票据之间,因此不能一次复写多张,而容易粘赃则是其最大缺点,粘脏现象在夏季尤为明显。 复写涂层则基本上不存在上述不足。在发票、车船票、出租车发票、飞机票、医生处方等的背面直接印刷上复写涂层非常便于复写(并可起到一定的防伪作用)。

A hot carbon ink formulation has been studied in this paper. The ink is composed of 40% Chinese wax(melt point 61- 65℃), 60% ink vehicle, soya bean oil, pigment and other substances. The ink strength is affected by printing temperature changes to a great extent. An experiment with IGT-AIC2-5 printability tester has been completed and it was found that this ink provided with excellent printability and good function.
