摘要
葡萄糖酸钙对链霉素—蛋白(ST-BSA)致敏豚鼠过敏休克的保护作用的实验研究,结果对照组一般过敏反应发生率为27%,休克率为53%,死亡率为20%;保护组一般过敏反应率为13%,无休克和死亡发生。致敏豚鼠离体回肠实验结果,对照组肠管收缩高度为48.7±10.8mm,保护组为2.2±4.1mm,两组差异显著(P<0.01);ST-BSA致敏家兔血清异种动物PCA实验结果,对照组抗体滴度为1:4096,原血清蓝斑直径为35.9±1.9mm,保护组抗体滴度为1:512,原血清蓝斑直径为25.2±0.8mm,两组抗体滴度及蓝斑直径差异显著(P<0.01);大鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒实验结果,致敏对照组脱颗粒率为54.3±7.1%,保护组为17.5±6.8%,两组结果有明显差异(P<0.01)。提示葡萄糖酸钙对ST-BSA致敏豚鼠过敏休克有保护作用,其机理可能与抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒释放组胺等过敏介质有关。
In this paper,the protective effeet of the active principle of CG on streptomy-cin (ST) anaphylax is in guinete-pigs is reported. Guinea-pigs could be sensi-tized with ST-bovine serum albumin (ST-BSA) and anaphylaxis would occur af-ter they were challenged with ST-BSA. The incidences of allergic reaction,anaphy-laxis and death were 27,53and 20 %,respectively in the sensitized control group. Inthe CG protective group, the incidence of allergic reaction was 13%; no anaphyla-xis and death occured. The isolated ileum tests of the sensitized guinea pigs show-ed that the height of ileum contract were 49±11mm and 2±4mm in the con-trol and the CG groups respectively .The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA)titersfor anti-ST antibodies in serum were 4096 and 512, and the diameters of theblue spot in the control and the CG groups were 36±2 and 25±1mm respective-ly. The rates of degranulation of the peritoneal mast cells in passive sensitized ratin the control and CG groups were 54±7 and 18±7% respectively.The results showed that CG has the protective effect on streptomycin anaphylaxis in guinea-pigs.It is related to the inhibition of the degranulation of mast cells and release ofallergic mediaters.
