摘要
介绍了步进加热炉的功能、操作方式以及控制系统的软／硬件配置，同时对PLC（可编程控制器）I／O点数的确定及PLC的选型也做了介绍。另外，给出了电控系统的程序结构图、延时自动停机程序的梯形图和自动进／退料程序的功能表图。该控制系统投入运行两年来，运行安全稳定，维护十分简易。
The paper introduces the system function, operation mode and system hardware/software of the step heating furnace. It also describes how to determine the numbers of I/O （input/output） and how to select the type of PLC （Programmable Logical Controller）. In addition, some control programs are introduced in the paper. At present, the control system has been used for two years, and it runs smoothly and securely.
