植物可食疫苗研究现状与展望 被引量:3

摘要 可食疫苗是一类新型的基因工程疫苗,其优势主要体现在可食用性。抗原基因在动植物体内表达后,通过直接食用转基因受体,诱导人或动物体内产生免疫应答。与传统疫苗相比,可食疫苗具有安全、方便、成本低等优点,因此对用于生产可食疫苗的转基因植物的研究在全世界范围内都得到广泛关注。目前已有一些编码细菌和病毒抗原的基因在植物中成功表达,并且通过口服试验证明了其有效性。本文就转基因植物可食疫苗的作用机理、优点、在人畜疾病预防方面的研究现状及存在的问题与应对措施作一综述。
