脑血栓患者恢复期的血小板聚集性观察

Observation of the platelet aggregability of patients with cerebral thrombosis in convalescence period

用比浊法测定脑血栓形成患者(以下简称本病)恢复期的血小板聚集性,并和健康人对比,结果表明本病患者恢复期的血小板聚集性仍然增高,此种增高不单纯是反应性的,也是本病发生的一个重要因素,结果提示血小板抑制剂对本病的治疗及预防都是有价值的。

The article reports that the platelet aggregability of the patients with cerebralthrombosis in the convalescence period was determined with turbidmetry and 25normal subjects were taken as control. It was found that the platelet aggregabilitystill increased in the convalescence period, and was higher than that in the healthysubjects. It was supposed that the increase of platelet aggregability might not onlyresult from thrombosis but also be an important factor for the thrombosis occurence.Platelet inhibitor might be significant in the treatment and prevention of cerebralthrombosis.
