摘要
分析了汽车用散热管制造的工序步骤,解决了大尺寸圆形零件的一次卷圆成型模具设计的问题,提高了生产效率、简化了工序;同时在模具结构设计中应用了气动元件,在模具结构设计上有所创新,实现了一次卷圆成型模具的自动化操作过程。
This paper analyzes the process step of auto radiator pipe die,solves mold design's problem of large size circle part once-and-for-all crimping,the production efficiency is increased and the process is simplifies.At the same time,pneumatic component used in the die's construction design,and the automation of once-and-for-all crimping die is realized.
