摘要
通过对直流电机性能特点及调速方法的分析比较,提出了一种基于ARMCortex-M3内核的LM3S101微控制器来对小功率直流电机进行闭环转速控制的方案。该方案利用LM3S101的PWM输出,增量式PID算法以及红外光电测速来实现转速调节系统。测试结果表明该系统利用低价格的32位微控制器实现了高性能控制,具有响应速度快,控制精度高的特点。
Through the analysis of the performing characteristics and the speed governing methods of the DC motor,this paper puts forward a rotational speed closed-loop control system design of low-power DC motor based on ARM Cortex-M3 MCU LM3S101.By using the PWM output of LM3S101,the increment type of PID algorithm and infrared photoelectric sensors,this design realizes the rotational speed control of DC.The system debugging result indicates that this system has good performances,the response speed of this system is quick and the speed can be controlled in high-precision.
