基于全软件数控系统的隔离型接口电路设计

The Interface Circuitry Design of Numerical Sign Isolated Based on All-software NC system

本文分析了全软件数控系统的特点,设计了应用于windows环境下的全软件数控系统的隔离型数字量接口电路。该IO板可以直接插入与PC-PCXT/AT总线兼容的计算机内的任一总线扩展槽,进行16位数字量输入和输出,采用ULN2003A集电极开路输出器件作为输出电路。该接口电路使用灵活、方便。

First the merit of all-software control system is analyzed in this paper.The interface circuit of number sign is designed for the all-software control system which is based on Win NT OS.This I/O card can be inserted in any expansion slots of computer compatible to PC-PCXT/AT BUS,proceeding 16 bit number sign input and output,and it adopt the ULN2003A device of open collector as output circuit.The application of interface circuit is flexibility and convenient.
