非小细胞肺癌组织中CD4^+CD25^high调节性T淋巴细胞检测及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 CD4^+CD25^high调节性T淋巴细胞(简称Treg)是近年来确定的一类具有免疫调节功能的T淋巴细胞亚群,在维持机体免疫自稳、调控免疫应答方面起重要作用。病理状态下,Treg的增加可促进肿瘤生长,抑制抗肿瘤免疫效应。我们通过检测43例非小细胞肺癌及癌旁组织Treg和白细胞介素(IL)-10、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)mRNA的表达,初步探讨Treg对肺癌发生浸润的临床意义。
