乌司他丁对内毒素诱导大鼠急性肺损伤的作用 被引量:2

摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)的发病机制错综复杂,迄今尚未完全阐明。目前认为,肺内过度性、失控性炎症反应是各种原因所致ALI的根本原因。而单核-巨噬细胞在炎症级联反应的发展过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,单核.巨噬细胞被激活后可释放多种炎性介质,其中白细胞介素-18(IL-18)是与IL-1极为相关的细胞因子,研究结果表明IL-18是内毒素诱导大鼠急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的关键因子,可作为早期判断脓毒血症患者全身炎症反应(SIRS)的指标。
