育龄期风湿病妇女选择避孕措施的循证指导策略 被引量：2

摘要 风湿病诸如系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、类风湿关节炎（RA）、多发性肌炎、大动脉炎、原发性干燥综合征（pSS）等均多见于女性患者，尤其是育龄期妇女。SLE是最常见的弥漫性结缔组织疾病之一，该疾病育龄期女性（13～35岁）与同年龄段男性患病人数之比为9～13：1，RA和pSS男女患病例数之比分别为1：3和1：9。因此，如何选用合适的避孕药物对有避孕需要的风湿病患者而言是一个需要重视和值得关注的问题。
