一期前后路联合手术治疗寰枢椎结核 被引量：1

摘要 寰枢椎结核极为少见，占脊柱结核的0．3％～1．0％。因位于枕颈连接部，结构复杂，寰枢椎骨、韧带一旦遭到破坏，可造成寰枢关节的不稳和颈髓的受压。2000年12月至2006年5月．我院一期前后路联合手术治疗寰枢椎结核患者6例，疗效满意。
