摘要
跟腱黄色瘤（achilles tendon xanthomas，ATX）是一种少见的良性肿瘤，常常与家族性高脂血症（familial hypercholesterolaemia，FH）相伴发。关于ATX的治疗文献中报道并不多。本例采用黄色瘤部分切除术，同时服用降血脂药物治疗。
