Using Tragedy of the commons model and the game theory, the article expounded and proved the reason why the export prices of trades in China have continued dropping is that the exporters＇ excessive competition and export. And then the article drew a conclusion that the excessive export of the trades is the inevitable results of the enterprises＇ rational choices, In order to improve at the same time decrease and prevent such situation mentioned above, the government should supervise and guide strongly the enterprises＇ production and export.
