摘要
介绍了以AGS酸和辛醇为原料,在复合钛酸酯催化剂作用下,经酯化反应合成AGS酸二辛酯耐寒增塑剂的方法,分析了影响反应的诸因素,得到了反应的最佳条件,AGS酸的酯化率达98%.产品可替代DOA和DOS用作耐寒增塑剂.
Based on experimental results,the preparing process of dioctyl AGS acid is introduced.Which uses AGS acid and n octyl alcohol as raw materials,through esterification with composite titanium tetraester as catalyst.The suitable conditions of the reaction are established.The conversion of AGS acid is above 98%.Dioctyl AGS acid can be used as cold resistant plasticizer.
