摘要
以邻二氯苯为原料,经硝化、氟化、还原合成氟氯苯胺.对关键的第二步氟化进行了改进,用18-冠-6作相转移催化剂,DMSO为溶剂,在(190±2)℃反应1h,产率达89.5%,三步总收率为76.5%.
chloro 4 fluroaniline was synthesized from o dichlorobenze, via nitration,flurination and reduction.The key step,flurination was the major work for improvement.using 18 C 6 as PTC,DMSO as solvant,reacting at (190±2)℃ for 1 h,the yield reach 89.5%.The gross yield of three steps preparations was 76.5%.
