摘要
系统研究了水代法生产花生小磨香油的工艺:以优质花生为原料,经170℃~200℃烘烤,使用专用SJF-A砂轮驱热型香油机,采用改进的水化法可生产出香味浓郁、既可烹饪又适于凉拌菜肴的高档花生小磨香油.
The technology of water substitution method for produce peanut oil is systematic studied. The method adopts peanut as raw meterial and uses SJF A grinding wheel dispel heat sesame machine, through bake (keep 170℃~200℃) to produce fragrant peanut oil. This oil can be used for cooking or making cool dishes.
