摘要
目的:观察溴甲烷对家兔神经系统的急性毒性作用。方法:利用平均技术,记录刺激胫后神经引起的皮层及腰髓体感诱发电位(SEP)。结果:实验组家兔溴甲烷中毒6周后,皮层及腰髓SEP主波波幅下降,皮层波(P波)潜伏期明显长于对照组(P<0.01),腰髓波(N波)潜伏期与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),P与N波潜伏期之差(即中枢传导时间)明显长于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:溴甲烷中毒(6周后)对中枢神经有明显损害,而对周围神经损害不大;
To observe the acute toxicity of methyl bromide on nervous system of rabbits,the somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP)induced by posterior tibial nerve stimulation were recorded with the averaging technique.Results showed that the amplitude of main components of the cortical(wave P)and lumbar spinal(wave N)SEP in the experimental group was lowered in six weeks after inhalation of methy1 bromide,the peak latency of wave P was prolonged(P<001),despite that of wave N had no obvious change(P>005),but the interpeak latency of wave P and N(i.e,central conduction time)was prolonged(P<001).Conclusion seems that methyl bromide mainly injuries the central nervous system,only has little effect on peripheral nerve,and SEP may be used as a good index of injuries by methyl bromide.
