摘要
工资集体协商是市场经济条件下,建立企业工资分配共决机制、正常工资增长机制和工资支付保障机制的重要内容和措施,是实现企业工资宏观调控,提高社会购买力,降低国际经济风险的重要方式。工资集体协商制度的发展是与经济和企业的发展相适应的过程,是正和博弈、合作博弈的过程,是稳定劳动关系,促进社会和谐的有效载体。
Under the market economy, collective consultation about wage is an important mechanism of co- determined wage distribution, and of normal wage increasement and security of wage payment. Through the mechanism, we can realize macro- adjustmerit and control of wage in enterprises, we can improve social purchasing power and, reduce international economic risk. The development of the system of collective consultation about wage is a process of corresponding with the economic development, a process of cooperation and gaming. It is an effective carrier of making labor relations stable and building up a harmonious society.
