摘要
科学发展、社会和谐,必须以开展创建劳动关系和谐企业活动为载体,从职工群众最关心、最直接、最现实的问题人手,切实解决劳动就业、社会保障等涉及职工切身利益问题,使广大职工共享改革发展成果。工会必须代表职工利益,表达和维护职工合法权益,参与协调和妥善处理劳动关系,创建劳动关系和谐企业。
Scientific development and harmonious society needs the carrier of building harmonious labor relations in enterprises. In order to build harmonious labor relations in enterprise, we should start with resolving the problems that workers and staff concerned mostly, resolving the problems of workers ' interests such as employment and social security and, making workers sharing the fruits of reform and development together. Trade union must represent the interests of workers and staff, express their legal rights and interests, partieipate in coordination and settlement of labor relations so as to build up enterprises with harmonious labor relations.
