摘要
劳动争议的调解制度是劳动争议处理制度的重要组成部分,它对于协调劳动关系有着至关重要的作用。虽然《劳动争议调解仲裁法》在劳动争议调解制度的建立方面有一些进步,但是从总体上来说,劳动争议调解制度的设定没有达到着重调解的立法目的。
The system of labor dispute mediation is an important part of the system of labor dispute settlement. It plays a very important role of coordinating labor relations. Although the Law on Labor Disputes Mediation and Arbitration has made progress of establishing the system of labor dispute mediation, but in general, the system has not carried it's legislation point of stressing on mediation.
