摘要
工会劳动保护理论为研究工会劳动保护监督机制提供了基本方法与手段。从构成要素上看,工会劳动保护监督机制的构建应包括特性、内容、方式、程序及做法等五个方面。在公有制企业和非公企业中,推进工会劳动监督机制应采取以下对策,即创新工作思路、构建监督体系、推广监督模式、完善监督制度、改进监督措施及发展企业安全文化。
The theory of labor safety of trade union offers a basic method and measures for the research on labor safety supervision of trade union. The structure of labor safety supervision of trade union consists of five aspects, namely characteristics, contents, modes, procedures and methods. In public- owned enterprises and non- public owned enterprises, we should adopt countermeasures to improve the mechanism of labor safety supervision of trade union, such as to innovate working thought, to build up supervision system, to popularize supervision mode, to improve supervision system and methods and, to develop enterprises safety culture.
