发展和谐劳动关系,要一手抓发展,一手抓和谐。发展,为构建和谐企业提供支撑;文化,为构建和谐企业铸造灵魂;维权,为构建和谐企业激发活力;帮扶,为构建和谐企业奠定基础;安全,为构建和谐企业铸牢防线。唯此,才能调动各方面积极性,激发广大职工创造热情,进一步增强企业的实力、活力和竞争力,实现企业成长与员工发展的"双赢"。
Development and harmonization is two important part of developing harmonious labor relations. To build up a harmonious enterprise, we should take development as the support, protection as the energy, assistant as the basis and safety as the line of defense. We should mobile the enthusiasm of workers and staff in order to improve the strength and competence of enterprise and realize win- win of enterprises and employees.
