After Hong Kong＇s return to our motherland, patriotic trade unions were faced with new challenges and new opportunities. To combine modem management theory with trade union work at the grassroots level, we can mobilize trade union cadres ＇enthusiasm at the grassreots level and improve their working efficiency in order to make them playing the role of loving our country and Hang Kong, of stabilization and solidarity and of protecting employees ＇ rights and interests.
