日本个别劳动争议处理制度研究

On the System of Resolution of Individual Labor Disputes in Japan

摘要 日本政府于2001年10月和2004年4月分别颁布了《促进个别劳动争议解决法》(Law on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor Disputes)和《劳动审判法》(Labor Tribunal Law)。新法律体系的建立对个别劳动争议的解决发挥了非常积极的作用,取得了很好的效果,对我国劳动争议处理制度的建设也具有一定的借鉴作用。 In 2001 and 2004, the government of Japan enacted the law on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor Disputes and the labor Tribunal Law. The new legal system is effective and has played a very positive role of resolving individual labor disputes. It can be used for reference to improve the system of labor dispute settlement of China.
