摘要
最低工资制度在西方发达国家的工业发展过程中曾经起到积极的作用,长期成为工运组织所争取的目标。香港工人在几乎没有议价能力的情况下,应否实行最低工资制成为近些年争论不休的话题。根据香港社会状况、经济模式、劳资关系、劳工问题等实际状况,短期内香港还没有足够条件实行最低工资制。
The system of minimum wage has played an positive role in the process of industrialization of the developed countries and, it is an aim that labor unions have been striving for in a long time. Since the workers in Hong Kong have almost no ability of bargaining, whether or not we should implementing the system of minimum wage aroused debate endlessly in present years. Accord- ing to social situation, economic mode, labor relations, labor issues and other situations in Hong Kong, the condifions to implement the system of minimum wage are not adequate.
