略论公共服务主体的多元化——以徐州市总工会困难职工援助中心为例

An Analysis of PlurAlistic Actors of Public Service

长期以来,我国公共服务事业一直为政府所垄断。随着社会的发展,人们对公共服务的需求越来越广,原本政府单一提供公共服务的权威型模式既不能满足人们的需求,也不能适应社会发展的需要。公共服务主体的多元化则有利于提升公共服务的有效性、公平性和可选性。

For a long time, the sector of public service of China is monopolized by the govemment. Along with social development and people＇s demand becoming more and more numerous, the single mode of public service offered by the government can not meet with people＇s demand and social development. Pluralistic actors of public service will be helpful to improve effectiveness, equality and selectivity of public service.
