OUTLINE / Earlier this season, Chicago Lyric Opera presented Giulio Cesare in a well-nigh perfect production with David Daniels as the conquering Caesar and Danielle de Niese as Cleopatra. Chicago Opera Theater closed its spring season at the Harris Music and Dance Theater with a less starstudded cast but an attractive and spirited new production of Orlando.
