摘要
目前国内外应用的建筑膜材主要包括涂层织物类膜材和热塑化合物类膜材两大类。常用的涂层织物类膜材有PTFE膜材和PVC膜材。以涂层织物类膜材为主要研究对象,通过单轴拉伸试验和反复拉伸试验,重点研究分析了建筑膜材非线性、非弹性、各向异性以及粘弹性等四大基本力学特性。试验结果证实,膜材料是一种具有很显著的非线性、非弹性、各向异性和粘弹性的建筑材料,因此工程设计时需要充分考虑这些特性。
The building membrane material applied at home and abroad mainly includes coating fabric and thermoplastic compound. While the commonly used coating fabric membrane materials are PTFE and PVC. The dominated research object in this paper is coating fabric membrane material. Through uniaxial tensile test and repeated tensile test, an analysis is made about four basic mechanical properties of membrane materials including nonlinearity, nonelasticity, orthotropy and viscoelasticity. The test results show that membrane material possess remarkable properties of nonlinearity, nonelasticity, orthotropy and viscoelasticity, so the properties should be considered in engineering design.
