摘要
首都机场地面交通中心(GTC)的双曲面钢屋盖采用东西走向有规律的单向拱架结构。根据结构外形特点,结合施工现场的条件限制,反复比较各种施工方案,最终确定了双胎架等标高曲线滑移分组安装的施工工艺,采用液压爬行机构进行单元滑移,计算机同步控制,成功地将超大跨度、超重的三维结构体系的安装简化为常规吊装,取得了显著的工期效益和经济效益。
The roof of the ground traffic center of Capital Airport is a transmeridional disciplinary arch truss structure. Considering the steel roof shape and the constrains of construction site, after repeated comparisons of various construction plans, the double-frames equal-level curved-sliding group-installation technology was adopted at last. With synchronous computer controlling, using the hydraulic pressure crawling diver, engineers successfully finished the installation of the ultra-large-span, ultra-heavy three-dimensional structure system with common lifting equipment, and yielded remarkable temporal and economic benefits.
