摘要
潍坊医学院新校区图书馆工程,成功地应用了大跨度组合式叠合箱网梁楼盖施工技术。该技术通过叠合箱底盒外伸拉接筋与肋梁主筋的钩锚、叠合箱上盒外伸拉接筋与肋梁纵筋牢固连接等关键工序,将预制叠合构件"叠合箱"与后浇肋梁连接成梁板合一的整体,形成工字形断面的网梁楼盖,连接可靠,整体性好,既实现了大跨度大空间,又降低了工程成本,节约了工程投资,并形成了一套先进的大跨度组合式叠合箱网梁楼盖施工技术。
The construction technology of large-span combined-type composite box net beam ceiling is successfully applied in new school district library project of Weifang Medical College. Through the composite bottom box reinforcement connecting with main reinforcement hook anchor, the composite box rib and rib beam longitudinal rod reliable connection and so on critical process, the composite component of composite box is prefabricated to connect latter pouring rib beam and board uniting as a whole structure. Besides, net beam ceiling with I-section is formed, the connection is reliable, and the integrity is good. The large-span big space structures have been realized and the project cost is reduced. Thus, the project investment is saved, and a set of advanced construction technology about large-span combined-type composite box net beam ceiling is formed.
