摘要
深圳南国影院因平面布局的修改,需要在该层空间内拔除原有的结构柱,利用大梁进行结构托换。本文基于南国影院大梁托换的改造工程,主要介绍结构托换施工的工序流程、预应力临时支撑结构的方案优化和施工设计、新旧钢筋混凝土结构的界面处理和困难条件下的托换大梁结构施工技术。结果表明此项托换技术应用合理,上部结构的竖向变形得到了严格的控制,新旧结构共同工作状态良好。
It is necessary to pull out original columns by underpinning reinforcement concrete beams according to plane modification of Shenzhen Nanguo cinema. Based on this reconstruction project of underpinning beams in Nanguo cinema, underpinning process flow, scheme optimization and construction design of prestressed temporary supporting structure, interface treatments of new and old reinforcement concrete structure are introduced as well as construction technologies of underpinning beam in difficult conditions. The results show this application of underpinning technology is reasonable, furthomore, vertical deformations of upper structure are strictly controlled and the common working state of new and old structure is good.
