摘要
应用PMMM理论从战略上提高项目管理的成熟度,应用BPR理论对企业实施管理变革,以房地产项目管理为核心,以开发流程为主线,将企业对项目的各项管理集成在一起,通过将业务处理标准化和管理核心流程优化并数字化,建立房地产协同管理模式,以此模式为基础集成开发房地产企业管理系统,达到过程控制、动态管理、信息共享和自动传递的目的,消除信息孤岛,实现协同工作,实现对房地产项目全过程的实时管理和对管理层的决策支持。
The theory of PMMM is applied to enhance strategically engineering management and BPR theory is applied to implement management reformations. Taking the project management of real estate as the core, and the development process as main line, all kinds of managements are integrated together. The cooperative management mode is build up by standardization of business process, optimization and digitalization of management core process. Based on this mode, project management of real estate is integrated and developed resulting in process control, dynamic management, information sharing and automatic transfer. Thus, the information island is eliminated to realize cooperative work and real-time management of real estate project, and to support management of real estate enterprise.
