地铁深基坑工程综合性强,涉及概念复杂、环境保护要求高,不确定性风险因素繁多。在实施过程中,这些风险因素加大了工程的技术难度和管理难度,严重影响了地铁工程的计划与总体目标的实现。介绍了主观风险源和客观风险源,并给出了相应的风险控制措施。强调了地铁施工过程中应对地铁深基坑风险充分重视并及时处理。

There are many uncertain ventures in subway deep foundation pit, such as strong comprehensiveness, related complicated concepts and high environment demand. During the construction process, these risk factors increase the difficulty on technology and management. It affects realization of the subway construction plan and overall goals seriously. Subjective venture sources and objective venture sources are introduced in this paper, and corresponding control measures are proposed. It is emphasized that engineers must pay attention to ventures of subway deep foundation pit and deal with them in time.
