摘要 CCTV主楼钢结构施工中采用了大型内爬动臂式塔吊M1280D和M600D进行吊装,M1280D大型塔吊在国内高层房屋建筑施工中首次采用。重点介绍大型塔吊爬升支撑设计技术,包括支撑设计荷载、结构布置、局部构造设计和施工技术要求等内容。结果表明支撑架操作简单,安拆安全方便。 Large internal climbing whip-typed tower crane M1280D and M600D are adopted to hoist in the construction of steel structure in CCTV main building. It is first time for M1280D tower crane to be used in the construction of high-rise building. In this paper, design technologies of large tower crane by climbing support frame are introduced including the loads of support design, structural arrangement, and partial design as well as construction requirements. The results show that the operation of support frame is simple, and the separation is safe.
