摘要
对铁路客运专线JQ900型下导梁架桥机的总体方案设计、工作原理、功能参数、结构形式及机构组成、液压系统、电气控制系统及关键操作进行了重点论述。着重介绍了架桥机的现场拼装架设与架梁机理,细致阐述了架桥机在施工现场的变跨方案、转场作业、过隧道方案等施工技术,并对其科技含量进行了分析说明。
Based on the JQ900-guided beam under the bridge in passenger dedicated line, the overall design, principle, functional parameters, structure and institutions are introduced on emphasis as well as the hydraulic system, electrical control system and key operations. The assemblies on site and beam erection mechanism of the bridge machine are studied in detail. Besides, inter-change program, field operations and tunnel option on the construction site are analyzed as well as technological content.
