摘要
本文总结了经ＣＴ与胃肠钡餐检查相对照并经手术及病理证实的小肠平滑肌肉瘤１８例，分析其ＣＴ与胃肠钡餐检查征象。作者认为ＣＴ检查对腹部肿块的诊断有很多的优点，但胃肠钡餐检查仍不失它的重要地位，ＣＴ检查不能完全代替传统的胃肠钡餐检查，两者相互结合诊断小肠平滑肌肉瘤，有助于提高诊断准确率。
The findings of CT and barium meal in 18 cases with small intestine leiomyosarcoma proved by surgery and pathology were analysed.CT is very useful in the diagnosis of abdominal masses,but can′t completly take the place of barium meal.Small intestine leiomyosarcoma can be diagnosed accurately by CT combined with barium meal.
