摘要 针对传统维修性验证方法的不足,应用虚拟现实技术和并行工程的基本思想,提出了船舶维修性虚拟验证的基本方法。基于CATIA和DELMIA三维建模基本平台,说明了构建虚拟维修模型的基本元素,给出了虚拟维修模型的创建方法和步骤,研究了船舶维修性指标虚拟验证的基本方法和流程。虚拟维修性验证系统有效实现了船舶全寿期的整体优化,缩短了研制周期,是一种实现船舶维修性并行优化设计的有效方法。 Aiming at the insufficiency of traditional certificating methods of maintainability, the basic methods of virtual verification technologies on the maintainability of ship were studied by virtual reality technology and concurrent engineering concept. Based on CATIA and DELM|A 3-D CAD modeling tool, the elements of virtual maintainability environment were described, the methods and process of creating virtual maintainability model were presented, the basic principle and procedure of virtual verification for ship maintainablity were studied. Virtual maintainability verification system effectively implemented the total optimization of ship life cycle, they are feasible for the concurrent optimization design of ship maintainability.
