党的十七大特别提到要大力发展文化产业,繁荣文化市场,增强国际竞争力。与国外传媒产业相比,我国传媒产业发展落后的一个主要原因就是资本运营能力低下。而提高资本运营能力无疑是应对激烈竞争的一剂良药,它可以在短时间内为传媒产业融合大量资金,实现传媒产业的超常规发展。因此,分析我国媒体的资本运营形式和所产生的功能对新时期该产业的发展具有深远的意义。

It was quick culture industry development, culture market prosperity and strong international competition that were specially pointed out during the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party. The most important reason that our media industry lags behind the foreign media industry is the low capital operation ability. However, capital operation is a dose of good medicine for surviving in cut-throat competition, since it can finance sufficient and considerable capital and reach unexpected development. The paper analyzes the capital operation of China＇s media industry during the new epoch briefly from the aspect of its concept, importance, operation types, and functions.
