Principles and Methods of Preserving Historical Buildings

目前在历史建筑保护具体实施过程中存在不同程度的破坏历史建筑的文化遗产价值的做法。本文辨析了重建.复原.维护等不同保护观念的本质区别.提出了在实际操作中决定历史建筑保护方式应该遵循"可维护不修缮.可修缮不修复.可修复不复原.小心审慎地对待任何重建"的方针;强调保护维修实施的规范化操作管理.特别提出了培养建立一批保护和维修的科学规范,专业化队伍的急迫性。

At present there exists the clestruction of values of cultural heritage in the preservation of historical buildings. The present paper distinguishes and analyses the fundamental differences in preservation notions such as rebuilding, restoration and maintenance, advances the principle of no repair for the maintainable, no renovation for the reparable, no restoration for the renovation-worthy and care with any reconstruction and emphasizes the standardized operation and management in the preservation and repair of the buildings and points out the urgency to train a professional and scientific team for the work.
