中部崛起是推进区域经济和社会协调发展、落实科学发展观的必然选择。中部崛起,政策只是外力因素,关键还在于自己抓住机遇,努力提高自身竞争力。文章分析了中部凹陷的根源,并对中部崛起对策提出了一些建议。

Rising of mid-China is a necessity for enhancing balanced development of regional economy and fulfilling scientific outlook on development. For Mid-China provinces, policies from center government are outside factors. It is crucial to grasp the development opportunity and make great efforts to improve self competences. This paper analyzed the essential reason of mid-China provinces＇ lag behind, and proposed several countermeasures for mid-China rising.
