薪酬激励是发挥人力资本作用的重要手段,也是企业管理机制的核心内容。随着时代和需求的变化,薪酬体系也发生了一系列的变化。薪酬体系的建立能否达到激励员工和提高组织绩效的目的,是企业界亟待解决的重要课题。通过与传统的薪酬体系比较,探讨了现代薪酬体制的特点和发展趋势。
Salary incentive system is an important means to exert the function of human resources. It is also the central content of enterprise management system. With the change of times and demand, the pay system has experienced a series of changes. Whether the pay system can reach the goal of encouraging employers and improving the organizations' operation is the important subject for enterprise to work with. The article discusses the features and developing trend of modem pay system by means of comparing with the traditional one.
