学习型社会视野下的社区体育资源整合

Integration of the Resources of Community Sports in the Perspective of Learning Society

体育的内涵和外延在21世纪学习型社会的背景下已经发生了重大的转变,学习型社会对社区体育发展的影响,我国社区体育资源面临的问题使得外推型体育发展模式缺陷重重。从学习型社会的视角出发,采用文献资料法、社会调查法和焦点团体研讨法等对我国社区体育资源现状进行调查研究,分析当前学习型社区对体育的新诉求,提出"人本"理念下的学习型社区体育资源整合新型四级策略。

The connotation and extension of definition of sports have already developed a lot under the background of learning society in the 21st century. The model of extrapolation type owns some deficiencies duo to the impact of learning society on development of community sports and problems that the sports resources of community in our country are faced with. From the perspective of learning society, by means of documentary analysis, social investigation and the focus group discussion etc. , the paper focuses on survey of community＇ s current situation of sports resources in our country and analysis of new demand of sports in current study community. Then new four levels strategies of sports resources integration of study community are proposed from the humanistic perspective.
