篮球强化性训练前后PRO、BLO、KET的测评 被引量:3

摘要 对福建师范大学体育科学学院32名篮球专业学生在篮球强化性训练前后分别进行了尿样检测和分析,结果发现尿样成分中的PRO(尿蛋白)、BLO(尿潜血)、KET(尿酮体)变化明显,可以作为衡量运动负荷和学生机体恢复的评价指标。结果还发现部分同学运动前机体未能完全恢复,处于疲劳恢复期,建议适当降低日常运动负荷。 Urine tests and analysis were conducted on 32 students specialized in basketball from Sports Science Institute of Fujian Normal University. The result shows that the indicators of PRO, BLO, KET change obviously, which can serve as the evaluation index measuring sports load and body resume. The result also indicates that some students has not been fully restored before body movements, has still been in fatigue recovery, and these students are suggested to appropriately reduce daily sports.
