The Development of High-level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities Seen from the Male Basketball Team of HuaQiao University

为了探讨高校高水平运动队的发展模式,采用实证案例分析、专家访谈等方法对华侨大学男篮的现状进行剖析。结果表明:运动队的管理模式、教练组素质、运动员招生选材模式是影响高校高水平运动队发展的主要因素;运动队资金筹措和学训矛盾是高校高水平运动队发展中急需解决的突出问题;校企联合、体教结合、共建高水平运动队等是解决目前高水平运动队发展中存在问题的重要途径。

The paper aims to explore the mode of development of the high - level sports teams in colleges and universities, the present situation of the male basketball team of HuaQiao University is studied. The results show that the management mode of the sports teams, the level of the coach teams and the enrollment of the athletes are the main factors which influence the development of High - level sports teams. The funds - raising of the sports teams and the confliction of the study and training are the great problems which need to be solved urgently. The combination of colleges and enterprises, the unions of the education and sports are the main approaches to solving these problems.
