摘要 介绍了一种新型生产用全隔离防护同位素液体自动稀释分装系统,该系统用于在热室中将定量的高浓度131I液体和生理盐水混合,自动稀释到规定的浓度,并将稀释好的液体精确计量分装到西林瓶中。利用热室对同位素的放射性照射采取全方位防辐射屏蔽,除用机械手装取西林瓶外,整个稀释分装过程自动完成,并且实行全自动的生产过程管理。文章主要针对全自动的生产过程中西林瓶的安装定位、压紧、西林瓶是否存在的检测、扎针深度、扎针精度等问题进行了分析设计,完成了整机的功能原理分析、结构分析计算和设计,同时对控制系统进行了分析设计。解决了传统手工稀释作业人员免受高强度放射源的辐射伤害的问题,其自动化程度和性能都能很好地满足放射性同位素稀释分装的要求。 This article introduced an automatic dilution and dividing system segregated with whole radiation protection, which is used to mix ration Iodin-^131 liquid of high concentration and physiological saline, dilute automatically to regular concentration, and put into Penicillin bottle after accurate measurement. The system adopts whole radiation protection to prevent the irradiation of isotope. During the whole production, the management is automatically. This article mainly analyzed the Penicillin bottle installing and localization, impacting, detection of the existence of Penicillin bottle, the depth and exactitude of puncturing during the entire automatic production process. In addition, the machine function principle, structure calculation and designs, and design to the control system are analyzed. The machine mainly avoids radiation damage from high-intensity source occurring in traditional manual dilution operation and its automaticity and performance could well satisfy the conditions during radioactive isotope dilution and dividing.
