摘要
试验拟观察椎间骨粒夯实植骨加钉棒系统置入固定对腰椎不稳定性疾病椎体稳定性的影响。选择2005-06/2007-06吉林大学中日联谊医院骨科及大庆龙南医院骨科收治的68例腰椎不稳定疾病患者,男46例,女22例。应用全椎板切除,神经根管扩大,后路椎间骨粒夯实植骨加钉棒系统内固定治疗。68例患者均获得随访大于6个月,出院时按JOA评分标准,优48例,良12例,可6例,差2例。优良率95.3%,6个月随访腰椎CR片显示椎间骨粒夯实植骨加钉棒系统内固定患者植骨融合率100%,融合节段稳定,骨粒材料及硬性置入材料与宿主均无生物相容性反应。
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of intervertebral tamped bone particles transplantation and screw internal fixation system on treating degenerative lumbar instability syndrome. Sixty-eight patients diagnosed as degenerative lumber instability syndrome, including 46 males and 22 females, were enrolled from the Department of Orthopaedics in Daqing Longnan Hospital and the Department of Orthopaedics in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University between June 2005 and June 2007. They were treated by means of not only the whole laminectomy and nerve root canal widening, but also posterior intervertebral tamped bone particles transplantation and pedicle screw internal fixation. All of 68 patients were followed up for more than 6 months. According to JOA Grade Criterion, these patients on admission were evaluated as excellent in 48 cases, good in 12 cases, fair in 6 cases and bad in 2 cases. The rate of excellent and good outcomes was 95,3%. The 100% rate of spinal fusion with intervertehral tamped bone particles transplantation and pedicle screw internal fixation was achieved at month 6 postoperation by the evidence of lumbar CR radiographs. The fused segments were all stable, neither bone particles nor implant materials show biocompatibility to the host.
