三叉神经痛射频热凝后疗效追踪

A follow-up observation on the effects of the trigeminal neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation

本文报告１４０例三叉神经痛患者射频治疗的疗效追踪。其中男５７例，女８３例，我们采用经皮选择性半月神经节射频热凝术，术后随访１～７年，近期有效率９７．１％，复发率５５．９％，其中一年复发率为１７％，二年复发３５％，三年复发４５％。认为经皮半月神经节射频热凝术操作简便、安全、疗效肯定。对于反复射频封闭无效者，可酌情行后开颅探查性手术。

his paper reports that. A follow-up observation on the effects of 140 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated by radiofrequency thermocoagulation, 57 men 83 women.  One hundred and forty consecutive patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated by percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the Gasserian ganglion. The results were followed up for one to seven years.Ninety-seven percent of the patients obtained initial pain relief after radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Fifty-six percent of the patients had recurrences of pain during the followed-up period. (first year-17%; 2nd-35%; 3-rd-45%)  Percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the Gasserian ganglion is a simple, safe and effective treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. It may reduce recurrences rate to pay attention to puncture accuracy, condition of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and other factors causing recurrences. The patients of many times recurrences after radiofrequency thermocoagulation had good results by microvasscular decompression.
